1. Introduction

eBridge RCM provides trusted medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) services to healthcare providers. Our solutions are built to simplify your workflow, reduce denials, and maximize reimbursements—so you can focus more on patient care.

We are committed to offering accurate, transparent, and efficient billing services tailored to your practice’s needs.

2. Services Provided

Our key offerings include:

  • Medical Billing & Coding
  • End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management
  • Patient Eligibility & Insurance Verification
  • Claim Submission & Denial Management
  • Payment Posting & Collections Support
  • Financial Reporting & Practice Analytics

Services are customized per client based on the size, specialty, and scope of their practice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate patient and billing data
  • Respond to information requests in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including HIPAA regulations
  • Maintain valid licenses and necessary authorizations

Accurate information is essential for ensuring timely claim processing and compliance.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

We strictly protect your data under applicable privacy laws. All information shared with eBridge RCM—patient data, billing records, and communication—is kept confidential and never sold or disclosed without your permission.

5. Payments & Fees

All fees are outlined in your service agreement. Clients will be billed according to the agreed terms—monthly, per claim, or on a performance-based model.

Late payments may result in service suspension or administrative fees unless previously arranged.

6. Limitations of Liability

While we work diligently to ensure billing accuracy and timely claim processing, eBridge RCM is not responsible for:

  • Errors stemming from inaccurate or delayed data submission by the client
  • Denials or delays from insurance companies or payers
  • Regulatory changes that impact billing requirements

In all cases, our maximum liability will not exceed the fees paid for services in the last 30 days.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to update or modify services, pricing, or policies. Clients will be notified of any significant changes that may affect ongoing operations or agreements.

8. Termination Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination:

  • All client data will be returned, if requested
  • Outstanding payments must be settled in full
  • Access to services and support will end after the termination date

9. Use of Website

You agree to use https://ebridgercm.com only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or information
  • Copy, distribute, or misuse content without written permission
  • Use our website or content in a misleading or defamatory way

All content, logos, and branding are the property of eBridge RCM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where eBridge RCM operates. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable local laws.
